Literally says my child is in a different state right now! She’s with me.

The watch and been really great to have. Being able to contact my child and track her has really helped my anxiety when allowing my child to take the school bus to school. Horror stories of kids being left at the wrong stops forced me to find a solution to this potential problem. But it’s also been great to have to contact my child directly when they are with the other parent or other caregivers. The battery life is decent. We get about 2days of use before a charge is needed and it doesn’t come with a bunch of games to drain the batteries or if you are worried about screen time you don’t need to be with this.

We researched a bunch of different kids watches. This was the only watch that had everything we wanted. I'm able to call, text, video call even and she's able to do the same. This watch even has voice to text capabilities so you don't just have the preset texts which is amazing. I did get the prepaid T-Mobile sim with the purchase, but decided to just add it to your T-Mobile account as another line instead. So far I feel like the watch is well worth it. My kid loves the I heart music feature and we bought Bluetooth headphones that she can listen and make phone calls on. The music feature seems to cut out a lot and visit extremely clear, but hey this is just an extra feature,but definitely one reason she wanted this one. We did have an issue with the GPS showing her several miles away from where we were, watch in my hand. I don't know why it showed her being somewhere we had never taken the watch, as we had just said it up a couple of hours before. I tried to update the GPS and did the live tracking feature and it still said she was in that spot, but after I rebooted it, it finally updated the GPS to the correct location.
That is a major concern to me because that is one of the main reasons I bought this watch, so that I could know where she is at all times. If the GPS is off by several miles, that's a problem. An exact location off by just a few blocks is expected, but not that far off. We just set the watch up yesterday, so hopefully it won't do that again and we will have better luck with the GPS for the future. Overall I'm very happy with this purchase as long as the GPS works correctly and I'm considering getting more for my other children.

We weren’t ready to give him a phone yet but wanted a safe way for him to connect with family. It’s nice to check on him while he’s outside-or when he’s moved further from the house then he’s supposed to. The GPS is fairly accurate… very close to actual location. The texting has been great and he loves face calling his sisters. The step tracking is a bonus—he’s been excited everyday to tell me he beat his previous day goal. If you want to connect with your child without all the distractions of games, social media, adds, etc. then this watch is perfect for you!

So far (less than a week) we have two watches for our kids. This is our second purchase of this type of smart watch. The TickTalk has more than enough features: secure calling texting, GPS, kid friendly, music, pedometer, camera, ect. For us, the security, GPS, and the reception are most important. Potential Cons: price point is higher, monthy service only
(no discounted year subscription offered), also you must buy warranty to get wear and tear replacement/ fixed such as watch band, screen, water damage. It would be nice if this was included in original packaging at least in the first year as this is a product for kids.

My son’s love their TickTalk watches and they are so easy to use! I have peace of mind sending them to play at a friend’s house or bike to school because of their watches. I’ve had to talk to TickTalk customer service twice because my son’s damaged their watches (which is VERY hard to do I must add) and customer service is EXTREMELY knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I’m so glad we gave them our business!

Quick shipping and love the upfront discount. Also love that there is no contract! The watch is perfect for keeping up with young kids. The watch is easy to setup and the app is so easy to use. I also like that the tutorials online are videos which are easier to understand. All of the features work as promised :)

We bought 2 watches for my daughter they’re loved them so much!! Perfect for kids!!

My 10 year old has had the watch for a little less than a year now and so far still working great and she loves it. we can effectively communicate via text or calls. The app is an amazing safety tool, everything goes through the adult in charge first. the quality of calls is just like any cell phone and the GPS locator also accurate. Customer service has been prompt and helpful every time. Thank you i will continue to promote the company with friends and family because i truly do love and feel my child is safe using the device.

My son got this watch for Christmas. Love a lot of the settings. He likes the iheart radio app, control over contacts, can see all messages they receive, drop in feature is amazing. However the gps isn’t as precise as I was hoping for he can be across the street and 2/3 houses down and it says he is in my back yard or in the neighbors backyard in the opposite direction he is in. He really won’t wear the watch, he is 7 but not a stalky kid more average and it’s too bulky. Is there a softer casing for the watch available?

The watch is solid and sturdy which is great for my energetic boy. Every time I had an issue the customer service was here to help. The app is easy to use and the location is always accurate. I highly recommend it!

I've been using the tickTalk watch for 3years now because I needed a way to keep in touch with my child at anytime while he plays in the neighborhood, this device has been a lifesaver. It's a phone that's worn as a watch. Simple and reliable and not a distraction, he simply wears it and we keep in touch. The battery lasts all day. The company backs up their product with a responsive service desk who are helpful and address any questions.

As a parent of 3 active girls, 10, 8, and 6, I love this watch! I spent a long time researching the various smart watches that are available for kids and smartphones too. Ultimately I found these features to be the deciding factor for me and they were worth every bit of the money I spent on three separate watches. First of all, it’s on their wrist, which makes it hard to lose and even more difficult to leave behind. My kids play a lot of sports and have full schedules. The reminders are easy to set up to help them remember where, when and what they need to do next, helping them to learn to be more responsible. They are extremely durable. My youngest went through 2 watches before this, but she hasn’t even scratched this one yet…not for lack of trying. Better yet, these watches have built in GPS and don’t just rely on cell signal and Wi-Fi for location…super handy for locating the watch when a child does take it off and leave it somewhere like practice (trust me, it WILL happen). I can always see where my kids are (and have been) all on one easy to use app, and I can send them fun voice, video, photo, or text messages in a group or individually. My youngest loves the calculator feature, my middle loves being able to connect to her sisters, and my oldest loves the I heart radio and headphones along with being able to connect to her friends. Momma and I love being able to call our kids if they’re running late or to get details about something or video message them, and it’s all secure. They can only talk to the numbers we program into their watches so no strangers are tracking them or calling them. As an ever watchful father, I appreciate that I can locate my kids at anytime, AND that if they don’t answer their phone for some reason, I can have the watch call me and I can listen in to what’s going on in the background when I think they might be in harms way. I also appreciate that I can set what time of day they can and cannot use their watches like during school or at bedtime. There’s zero connection to the internet so I never have to worry about what they are doing on their watches, and there are a multitude of control settings that you can tailor various levels of access to watch features for each kid. I only wish it had longer battery life as we have to charge it nightly, but it’s still an amazing bang for the buck. Did I say I love this watch!?!? On top of that, customer support is quick, as in no long waits to reach a person on the phone, and they’re super helpful. Tiffiny Adams has helped me on more than one occasion with questions referring setup, updates, and so much more. I thought customer service was a lost art until I encountered her. Already broken. How can a kids watch be so delicate.
